PeptideDoc does not intend to sell personal information for monetary consideration. California law may also define certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing.” Where applicable, California residents may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Limits optional uses of qualifying sensitive personal information where applicable. This does not override legal, healthcare, medical-record, security, or regulatory retention obligations.
Certain medical and health information maintained by PeptideDoc may be governed by HIPAA, California medical privacy law, or other healthcare-specific requirements. A California privacy request does not automatically require deletion of information that PeptideDoc is legally or professionally required to maintain.
